The delivery person didn’t buzz into my building, I don’t know how he got in. Second he knocked on my door he didn’t give me a chance to get to the door before he put the food on the common hall floor. When I opened my door he asked if I ordered pizza, I said yes, he pointed to the floor indicating the food. I said why would you put the food on the floor? He didn’t answer me and walked away. I called the restaurant to submit a complaint I was told the manager would call me back, a few minutes went by and the delivery person called me. He wouldn’t let me talk and told me some people don’t like it when he hands the food to them, in the end it’s my choice whether or not for the delivery person to hand to me the food or place it on the floor. They lost our business and I have been ordering from them for years.
