I've always been happy with my orders from Pizza Factory Coquitlam but last night the ravioli we ordered was warm in the center and not hot. This is the first time I've been disappointed with them.

The pizzas I ordered were fabulous. They were ready for pickup exactly when they said they'd be. Our guest absolutely loved the pizzas as well.
