orded it online, they confirmed it in a minute. After 30mins when I got there, was told that I had to wait another 10 mins for it coz they didnt either see the order or they just forgot to make it. They did not feel sorry at all, I hope to hear" sorry about the waiting", indeed all I saw was card machine infront of me and the guy just left it there and walked to the back....poor communicatio skills? lack of respect? ugh worst expericence in Pizza Factory I have to say

I've always liked Pizza factory because Sam was always so sweet! We hadn't had it for awhile and the pizza was delicious!
